The hot tub itself is built into the deck and offered as an opt-in extra for stays of three nights or more — we arrange the lot with Sandy Balls' team so you arrive to a ready-to-use tub. £175 covers the commissioning, daily maintenance and decommissioning.

10 minutes by car to the New Forest National Park boundary. Wild ponies, ancient oak and bridleways straight from the door.

Two bedrooms (1 double, 1 single + bunks) plus an optional sofa bed for two more. £20/night per extra guest above 5.
Dogs welcome
Well-behaved pets are very welcome — bring the whole family. The deck and woodland walks just outside are dog heaven.

Hot tub provision is subject to Sandy Balls' service availability on your dates. If they can't service it we'll refund the £175 in full before your arrival.
